Warehouse Supervisor Saltillo

Facil North America, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Saltillo, Coahuila branch office. Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring an efficient flow in the receiving, storing, and distribution of materials. Additionally, they must motivate and develop the team through training and performance evaluations, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Their role also includes optimizing operational processes by implementing continuous improvements and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•  Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse
• Manage, motivate and train the warehouse staff
• Evaluate the performance of the warehouse staff and plan personnel accordingly
• Manage, organize and optimize warehouse processes (the shipping, receiving, and storing of material)
• Responsible for the correct registration of inventory movements and looking for optimizations
• Manage and maintain 5S
• Manage the care and maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Oversee any inventory discrepancies
• Support the implementation of the operational plan and support the measuring and reporting of the status

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equal by experience.
• Professional experience: +3 years of experience preferably in the automotive sector.
• Experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Inventory Accuracy, Receipt and invoice to the customer.
• PC proficiency required, including MS Office.
• Advanced English
