E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire customer journey to ensure a seamless experience with the Facil webshop
• Track, analyze, and report key metrics throughout the customer journey to drive improvements
• Coordinate and lead the implementation of a (digital) marketing plan and sales strategy by working together with internal departments and external partners
• Collaborate with internal departments/external partners to streamline operations, e.g. lead time calculation, extra logistic service, extra quality service...
• Manage projects related to the web shop, coordinating tasks and timelines.
• Utilize analytics and insights tools to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• and optimize the e-commerce platform. Together with the external developer, you work on bug fixes and develop new features based on customer requests. You test these thoroughly before going live.
• Coordinate and lead the implementation of new customers and projects.
• Escalate market and organizational needs and opportunities and work on continuous improvement

You will report to the Product Sales Manager Europe.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or customer service.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles for e-commerce
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Europe to provide on-site project support when needed.
